Web site header
The Web site header tool is designed to test the connectivity to the site and receive the HTTP header.
Receipt of the header is carried out by sending a HEAD request to the site, according to which (according to the standard) the site returns a header, which includes:
- server health state
- type of web server
- web server configuration parameters
- the current date on the server
HTTP Secure (HTTPS) is the adaptation of the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) for secure communication over a computer network and is widely used on the Internet. In HTTPS, the communication protocol is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) or earlier, its predecessor, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Therefore, the protocol is also often referred to as HTTP over TLS or HTTP over SSL.
The main advantage of using for HTTPS is the authentication of an accessible website and protection of confidentiality and integrity of the exchange data. Bidirectional encryption of messages between the client and the server protects against eavesdropping and spoofing. In practice, this assures confidence that there is an encrypted data exchange (without hindrance from the attackers) with the website with which you would like to communicate.
SSL certificates are small data files that use a digital cryptographic key with organization data. When it is installed on the web server, it activates the https protocol security and allows you to use secure connections to the web server in the browser. As a rule, SSL is used to protect transactions on credit cards, data transfer and logging in, and recently it becomes the norm when providing access to social networking sites.
The SSL info tool allows you to view the ssl-certificate of the web server, as well as data on the encryption settings of the web server.
Correct internet colors
The Site info tool allows you to determine the geographic location of the web server (using the whois database), and also tests the connectivity to the web server, its type and parameters.
The Site speed tool allows you to perform a comparative test of the speed of downloading sites.
For testing, web site addresses are set and Site speed tool (based on download speed analysis) builds a table with data on test results.
Web site links
The Web site links tool allows you to extract links from your site to pages and other sites and domains.
Site meta tags
Meta tags are parameters designed to provide structured metadata (descriptive, optional) about a web page.
The Site meta tags tool extracts the metadata from the site you specify.
Download Page Content
The tool allows you to download the contents of a web page to a file.
